Oleo Pine Resin

Oleo Pine Resin Indonesia are derived from pine trees (Pine Mercusii). Resins are obtained by the tapping of living pine trees. Collections of the resins is a labour intensive operation similar to rubber-tapping.

PT. Naval Overseas has its own plantations in Sulawesi and Sumatra, Indonesia from where the oleo pine resins are collected.

Distillation of the Oleo Pine Resin is done using steam process technology at our manufacturing unit at Tegal around 400 Km from Jakarta, Indonesia. 

On Distillation we Get Gum Rosin and Turpentine.
