In 2024, FFC further strengthened its market leadership through its merger with Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (FFBL), streamlining operations and reinforcing its position as the sole manufacturer of DAP in Pakistan. To further support farmers, FFC is expanding its Sona Centers, with 100 operational and a target of 135 nationwide. These company-owned outlets provide fertilizers, expert advisory services, soil and water testing, AI-driven consultations, and agri-loan facilitation, improving agricultural practices across 1 million acres of farmland.
