FFC – A Partner in Prosperity
Incorporated in 1978 as a joint venture between Fauji Foundation and Haldor Topsoe A/S of Denmark, FFC has grown into Pakistan’s largest and most trusted fertilizer producer. From an initial annual urea production capacity of 570,000 tons, the company now leads the industry with over 3.35 million tons of urea and 736,000 tons of Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP) produced across its state-of-the-art plants.
In 2024, FFC further strengthened its market leadership through its merger with Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (FFBL), streamlining operations and reinforcing its position as the sole manufacturer of DAP in Pakistan. Beyond fertilizers, FFC has successfully diversified into food, banking, and sustainable energy, solidifying its role in driving Pakistan’s economic growth.
With Pakistan’s most extensive fertilizer distribution network, FFC ensures seamless nationwide access to high-quality fertilizers, marketing 3.4 million tons annually through an extensive network of dealers and warehouses. Beyond distribution, FFC empowers farmers through crop demonstrations, seminars, and capacity-building programs, equipping them with modern techniques to enhance productivity and sustainability.
To further support farmers, FFC is expanding its Sona Centers, with 100 operational and a target of 135 nationwide. These company-owned outlets provide fertilizers, expert advisory services, soil and water testing, AI-driven consultations, and agri-loan facilitation, improving agricultural practices across 1 million acres of farmland.
Beyond business, FFC is deeply committed to social responsibility, with substantial investments in education, healthcare, environmental conservation, and economic mobility. As Pakistan’s largest taxpayer, the company upholds the highest standards of corporate governance and ethical business practices. Since 2011, FFC has invested Rs. 3,883.86 million in social impact initiatives, benefitting communities through education programs, healthcare access, food security efforts, and national crisis relief.
With a legacy of excellence, innovation, and sustainability, FFC continues to lead Pakistan’s agricultural sector while fostering national prosperity. Its unwavering commitment to farmers, the economy, and the community reinforces its position as a trusted “Partner in Prosperity.”
