**Pakistan Chefs Club** (PCC), founded in 2011 by Chef Naureen Ashraf, is a pioneering platform in the country's culinary landscape, dedicated to educating, training, promoting, and supporting chefs across Pakistan. With a special focus on Junior Chefs, Home Chefs, Special Chefs, and newly certified chefs seeking career direction, PCC has created a dynamic environment for growth and collaboration. Through capacity building and skill development, PCC empowers home chefs, making it a unique and impactful initiative. As one of the first culinary networks on social media, PCC provides a space where chefs from all levels can connect, collaborate, and support each other, fostering a sense of community and collective growth. One of the club's key achievements is its role in promoting over 313 home-based food businesses, helping them start from scratch and rise to prominence. PCC continues to bridge the gap between culinary institutions and the professional world, guiding new chefs to establish their careers. Chef Naureen’s vision of inclusivity and support has made PCC a respected and vibrant force in Pakistan’s culinary industry.
