Foundation and Growth The inception in 1989 with 12,230 spindles, the introduction of fancy yarns, and the establishment of Premium Knits Pvt Ltd in 1994. Expansion and Achievements In the late 90s, we pioneered in-house sampling and expanded into the Americas. By the early 2000s, we established a second spinning unit, marking significant growth. From 2004 to 2008, we expanded further with a new unit featuring 24,000 spindles and added 6,564 spindles to meet rising demand. Transformational Decade From 2009 to 2018, we expanded by adding 7,224 spindles and introducing a third spinning unit. In the mid-2010s, we partnered with Pinnacle Fiber, Pakistan’s largest r-PET processors, and initiated textile recycling operations. Innovation and Sustainability Era From 2019 to 2022, Premium Textiles innovated with cutting-edge technology, expanded into socks manufacturing, and implemented sustainable initiatives including solar power, an ETP, and waste heat recovery, culminating in a 12.2 MW Power Plant.
