Sprocket

A sprocket is a wheel with cog-type buckle teeth, which is used to mesh with a block with an accurate pitch on a link or cable.And it is widely used in mechanical transmission in chemical, textile machinery, escalators, agricultural machinery, food processing and other industries.

The sprocket material should ensure that the teeth have sufficient strength and wear resistance,therefore, the tooth surface of the sprocket is generally heat treated to make it reach a certain hardness.we suggest use 20CrMnTi material,and do heat treatment of carburizing and quenching,then the hardness of the chain socket can reach above HRC60,so that it can greatly increase the service life of the sprocket.
