Oil (gas) series organic heat carrier furnaces are divided into vertical and horizontal types. The horizontal type adopts tube wet back type, three-return arrangement structure. The heating surface is composed of three or two sets of parallel coils, and the inner coil is burning. In the furnace, the gaps between the inner coil and the middle coil, and the middle and outer coil are the circulation flue of the convection heating surface.
In order to reduce the temperature of the rear smoke box, a circular coil tube is installed at the rear at the same time. The large hearth and abundant heating surface layout of this series of organic heat carrier furnaces ensure that the boiler output and thermal efficiency meet the requirements of the
specification.
