Direct-driven Portable Air Compressor

This integrated portable air compressor has a pump head style and a unique crankcase design; it bypasses the potential oil leakage issue associated with a conventional compressor. Having equipped with an intercooler for cooling enhancement, the cylinder head now can lower the exhaust temperature. In order to prolong the life of the compressor, a heat sink is integrated with the connecting tube to reduce further the exhaust temperature. Equipped with surge-current and overheat protectors, this compressor is robustly designed. The pure copper motor in the compressor ensures a short warm-up time and fast air compression. Additionally, a double-outlet valve is provided for the compressor.
